On August 18th, our very own Dr. Heather Hairston participated in a panel disscusion with sports lengends Lisa Leslie and Joe Johnson at Vida Fitness DC. The day started out with a spin class and yoga session, followed by an inspirational discussion about the importance of sports and movement to girls and women’s well-being and the power of sports to build strong, smart and bold girls. Attendees also had the chance to indulge in a unique shopping experience with Jelenew, the luxury high-performance women’s sports brand created for women and with Lisa Leslie as Creative Brand Strategy Officer.
